Stress Management:
I teach stress management classes for individuals or groups (up to 30 people).
I can travel to your location/ worksite, or we can utilize one of my offices. I have one in Westchester, NY and the other in Orange County, NY.
The in-services will be custom designed around your specific needs.
The in-services will be arranged to fit your schedule.
I will teach techniques that are geared to address
stressors experienced at your workplace / home
I will travel to your location any where in the tri-state area
-travel to outside the tri-state area, can be arranged
Hypnosis:
Hypnosis sessions are for individuals only
